Construction of the 2nd UWR city-state

The 2nd city-state of the UWR, located within the Southern China UWRDS next to Shenzhen, known as dongjie (東界（east world）). This state will be the capital of the Asian UWRDSs and will facilitate economic and political management of the Asian UWRDSs. The Senate also revealed plans to construct a larger Borealicia embassy in the new DongJie UWRDS. This is the first of 4 planned city-states to be constructed. Currently the city-states, include CentreTerre (France), 東界 (Southern China). Plans to construct new city-states in СеверуМир (Russia), दक्षिणविश्व (Northern India).
